NaBloPoMo #2, a day late

Oops. Well, that’s what backdating is for.

Another photographic offering for NaBloPoMo (and, spoiler, another after this)! This was our first attempt at doing any kind of significant color editing in Photoshop. It feels jarring, without being able to specify exactly why.

I think it’s fantastic; the Mortal Vessel thinks we could improve.

Stop Thinking and Just Feel

Yesterday I had a meeting with my spiritual counselor which was, honestly, quite difficult for me to sit through (and not because I had to wear a mask for over an hour). Often, my meetings with her are gentle and soothing. This one was almost painful. She was brutal in her honesty.

And as a result, quite helpful. Sometimes a bit of tough love is needed.
